From the time I was 10 years old and saw Jack Mildren during the '71 ssoean he became a sports hero to me. Later as Lt. Governor he did not disappoint and I saw him as a good and honest man. And finally as a sports broadcaster again he did not disappoint. It was there whilelistening to his broadcast that I felt like I knew Jack as he was such a personable man. And it was there I realized he was much more than a sports hero/legend. He was a well-rounded man that displayed all the qualities that a true role model should possess. God speed Jack, and my sincere condolences to your family.

Just saw the obituary of Rose. You have our sympathy. All the times at Aggies for coffee will be in my memory for ever. I am sure she is with Aggie drinking coffee in heaven.

I was just sent this obituary of your mother, and, reading it, realized that we must have been related! I am so sorry for your loss, and sorry that I never met her! My Dad, John Emil Trinko, from Chicago (who passed away last year), had a good friend named Eddie Pekol. Could this have been your Dad? Again, I'm so sorry for your loss. May God draw both of your parents to His side in Eternity. Love, Anne Trinko Cramer

Your Mother had been a nice long time friend all the years she lived in Willard. I'm sorry to hear of her passing and each of you have my sympathy. I have many nice memories of both of your parents and your whole family.
