DONNA A. SEEFELD, age 80, of Loyal, WI, passed away at her home on Tuesday, November 11, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 11am on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at Cuddie Funeral Home, in Loyal. Rev. Daniel Zimmerman will officiate and burial will follow in the Neillsville City Cemetery. Pallbearers will be her grandsons. Visitation will be held at the funeral home, on Saturday, from 10am until time of service.
Donna Ann Bardell was born in Town of York, Clark County, WI on June 3, 1934, to Sadie C. (Garbisch) and Clinton W. Bardell. She was raised on the family farm and received her education at PleasantView school and graduated from Spencer High School in 1952. Donna was united in marriage to Neil W. Seefeld on July 3, 1954 at the Methodist church in Spencer. They later divorced. She worked all of her life on the family farm, and also worked at Land O' Lakes in Spencer for 30 years. After retiring from Land O' Lakes in 1995, Donna continued to work on the farm with her son, Richard, until the time of her death.
She had many interests, but especially loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, puzzles, crocheting and reading.
Donna will be dearly missed by her children: Richard N. (Joyce) Seefeld of Loyal, WI, Debra (Craig) Hamilton of Baraboo, WI, and Diana L. Lynn of Eau Claire, WI; 9 grandchildren: Chad (Carissa) Schmidt, Corey Schmidt, Daniel Hamilton, Aaron Hamilton, Mara Seefeld, Brittany Seefeld, Richard Seefeld, Maggie Seefeld and Kendra Seefeld; 2 great grandchildren: Rylie Schmidt and Carson Schmidt; her niece, Linda and her nephew, Daniel; other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers: Eugene Bardell and 2 in infancy; and her grandson: Clinton R. Hamilton.
