DALE R. WALDHAUSER, age 65, of Loyal, WI, died at home on Tuesday, May 19, 2026.  Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 3, 2026 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Loyal.  Rev. Matthew Szymanski will officiate, and burial of cremains will follow in St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery.  Visitation will be held at the church, on Friday, from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.

     Dale Robert Waldhauser was born on August 6, 1960, in Neillsville, WI, to Robert A. and Ruby J. (Redig) Waldhauser.  He was raised on the family farm and received his education in Loyal, graduating from Loyal High School in 1978.  After high school, Dale worked with his father on the farm, eventually taking over the operation which he did until his death.

     He had many interests, but especially enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends.

     Dale is survived by his siblings:  Mike Waldhauser of Abbotsford, Jim Waldhauser of Wausau, Laurie (Doug) Winger of Oxford, Margie (Ken) Gawenda of Soldiers Grove, Cathy Waldhauser of Waukegan, IL, Mary Ann Wilson (Cal Bunders) of Curtiss, Andy Waldhauser of Loyal, Chuck Waldhauser of Martinsville, IN, Ken Waldhauser (Karrie Sage) of Loyal, Carrie (Steve) Troutt of Spencer, Kim Waldhauser of Birchwood, and Aaron (Lynn) Waldhauser of Loyal; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

     He was preceded in death by his grandparents Andrew and Catherine Waldhauser and Elmer and Mary Ann Redig; parents Robert and Ruby Waldhauser; brother, Paul Waldhauser; nephew Bobby Wilson; and sister-in-law Patricia Waldhauser.
