A graveside service will be held at 10am on Saturday, August 10, 2024 with military rites conducted by the Greenwood American Legion Post #238.

Full Obituary

     DORN L. CLARK, SR., age 75, of Greenwood, WI, passed away on Monday, July 22, 2024 at the House of the Dove in Marshfield, WI, under the care of Compassus, with his family by his side.  Graveside services will be held at 10am on Saturday, August 10, 2024 in the Greenwood City Cemetery, with Rev. Asafa Rajaofera officiating.
     Dorn Lee Clark was born on June 25,1949 in Mondovi, WI, to Donald and Mildred O. (Larson) Clark.  When he was a young boy, his family moved to Greenwood where he was raised and received his education, graduating from Greenwood High School in 1967.  After high school, Dorn enlisted into the U.S. Army on September 11, 1969 and served until his honorable discharge on March 17, 1972.  He was united in marriage to Kimberly E. Colby on June 26, 1976 in Neillsville.  They resided in Greenwood and Dorn worked as a welder for Colby Metal for several years.
     He had many interests, including spending time with his family and friends, hunting and fishing, especially his yearly fishing trip with his son, Dorn, and Chad Phillippi to Alma.
     Dorn will be dearly missed by his wife of 48 years, Kimberly, of Greenwood; his two children: Dorn Jr. (Mel) of Stratford, and Michaela (John) Trunkel of Greenwood; three grandsons: Aubin, Greysen and James; two brothers: Robert (Jan) of Willard, and Richard (Clarice) of Greenwood; three sisters: Aleta (Dave) Gotter of Greenwood, Joyce Miller of Janesville, and Marilyn Ryan of Corona, CA; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
     He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Christina Leigh; his parents; one brother: Gary Hewitt; and two sisters: Shirley Kircher and Katherine Hewitt in infancy.
