SANDRA L. MUELLER, age 82, of Lublin, WI, formerly of Westmont, IL, passed away at her home on Monday, November 13, 2023.  There will be no service held.  Burial of cremains will take place in Clarendon Hills Cemetery in Darien, IL at a later date.

     Sandra Lee Hanson was born on August 28, 1941 in Justice Village, IL to George and Hazel E. (Shepard) Hanson.  She was raised and received her education in the Chicago area.  Sandra was united in marriage to Lester A. Mueller in 1959, and they resided in Westmont, IL.  She spent most of her life babysitting and caring for children.

     She had many interests, but especially enjoyed baking and crocheting.

     Sandra is survived by one son: Arthur G. (Nancy) Mueller of Lublin; one grandson: Joe (Kellee) Mueller of Lublin; four great-grandchildren: Joylynn, Kendall, Skylar and Madison; one sister: Evelyn Mathy of Clinton, NC; one half-sister: Dori Leekly of Carlsbad, NM; her "Adopted" son: Jason Lauer of Woodridge, IL; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

     She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lester, in September 2010; five brothers: George Hanson, Jr., John Hanson, Robert Hanson, Thomas Hanson, and Theodore Hanson in infancy; two sisters: Elsie Charapata and Patricia Hennig; one half-brother, Jack Hanson; and one half-sister, Diana Hanson.
