Full Obituary

     JUDITH L. RADLOFF, age 79, of Owen, WI, passed away at her home on Tuesday, April 7, 2020.
     Judith Lynn Goodyear was born on December 14, 1940 in Elgin, IL, to Charles Walter and Audrey Irene (Kelly) Goodyear.  She was raised and received her education in the Elgin area.  Judy married William Higgins in Elgin, IL.  They later divorced.  She later married Howard Radloff, in May 1962, in Dundee, IL.  Judy worked for many years as a waitress and raised her family in the Elgin/Dundee area.  In 1979, she moved to Unity, WI, where she worked as a bartender and waitress.  Judy returned to Elgin in 1989 and, again, worked as a waitress.  She moved to Owen, WI in 1995 and worked for 10 years at WeatherShield, in Greenwood, until retiring in 2005.  Judy resided in Owen until the time of her death.
     She had many interests, but especially loved spending time with her grandchildren, and she loved working on her house.  Whether it be painting, carpentry work or any kind of project, she wasn't afraid to try anything, no matter how big or small, or what the project was.
     Judy is survived by her 3 children: LuDean Jankovic of Bruce, WI, Shawn Radloff (Tracy Bennett) of McHenry, IL, Shannon Scott of Owen, WI; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren, with 4 on the way; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
     She was preceded in death by her parents; her son: Brit H. Radloff on August 22, 1998; 2 grandsons: Taz and Kody Radloff; one sister: Sally Wood; and one brother: Michael Goodyear.
