Darlene, Dennis and Family,
My sympathy to all of you. I will miss my friend Ruth very much and our many online, long-distance talks. She and I have known each other since 1966 when I started working at the University of WI-Eau Claire. It was my first full-time job and Ruth took me under her wing to show me how the real world worked. She sang at my wedding in 1970, and we stayed close friends ever since.
Ruth talked about each of you every time we talked. She was so proud when telling me what recent news she had about you. She loved you all very much!
She was a very special lady. She will be missed by so many.

A wonderful neighbor when living at Morgan Plaza. She lightened the atmosphere there with her organ playing. A LADY through and through. Enjoy Heaven, Ruth.

What a classy lady Ruth was. Such a delightful, humorous and direct personality. She was one of my favorite library visitors and an inspiration. Rest in peace Ruth.
