Condolences to the Family of Helen I. Domine

Paula Davel Fredrickson Blanchardville, Wisconsin – Posted On: January 14, 2015

Dear Bob and family, My sincerest condolences to you. Bob, mother was always so nice to me and I loved her dress shop and being greeted by her warm and friendly smile. And 101! That is incredible...must be that Loyal water? My grandparents nearly made it to that age as well.

Many condolences to the family of Helen. I have many fine memories of Helen from the time of my childhood. Going to Helen's dress shop was always a special treat and she was the perfect store hostess. Upon her death, I'm sure there was a special reunion in heaven with all the family and friends who preceded her in death. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Our hearts are heavy knowing that we as a family just spent our very last Christmas with Grandma. It hurts to know that we won't hug her any more, celebrate her 102nd birthday, or enjoy another sunny pontoon ride at the lake this summer. We will all miss her smile and contagious laugh. She took great pride in her appearance and carried herself well @ 101...So much to admire in this little lady. Now, on the other side...Heaven gained a precious soul whose light will shine for all of eternity. The name Helen means "light." In the end, as he always does in his own time, God intervened with open arms and tender mercy, and spared Grandma from the pain that she did not deserve...Rest well now Grandma in perfect peace...in the loving arms of your savior Jesus. We will see you again.
