My Condolences to the Landini family, both for Pat, (my almost birthday buddy) and your Dear Mother. I can still see her and MOM making sweet treats for Christmas, when she would bring her mixer out to the farm and make divinity (I think that is what is it called) and home made Caramels!!! Sweet memories, may she rest in Peace.

My sweet aunt Kay,
Your warm hugs, your beautiful smile, your loving words of encouragement, and sweet sounds of laughter will be missed. Even though we lived states away lots of my favorite memories growing up consisted of coming up to see you. You always had a way of baking delicious recipes that brought family together at the table to share community and love with one another. There was always something magical to me when it was time to visit aunt Kay…and those memories and the strong feeling of love that surrounds them will never be forgotten. I love you dearly. -Katya

I feel beyond blessed to have Aunt Kay in my life for the past 64 years. Selfishly, I want more time. More of her smile, more of her hugs, more of her wisdom that she shared with her soft words and calming presence. And more of her baking...cookies, caramels, homemade bread and cinnamon rolls. She was never short on baked treats to share and the love that she expressed so openly. My children and I always said that maple syrup ran through her veins :).
