Joe was a dear friend of mine for years. We met at the Musky Tale RV park in Northern WI. He loved fishing, although he was known as “No Musky Joe” for years, until he eventually landed a musky. 😁 I will especially miss his yearly Christmas phone calls. My sincere condolences to his family.
