Maritza - I am so sorry to hear about Jim's passing. He was one of my best buddies in Peace Corps and I remember fondly visiting you guys up in Wisconsin. Be well, my prayers for you and your family.

Mariza, Steven, so very sorry to hear of Jim’s passing. We first met during Peace Corps Training in 1989. He was a good friend and a very good Peace Corps Volunteer. Following training we were posted to sites a good day’s travel from each other. A bunch of us would get together when we could, a few times a year, and spend many happy hours catching up/talking about all the new adventures that we had. Years later I made it out to Greenwood and Jim proudly showed me an old small pickup truck, he had managed to find the same make, model and year truck that we had seen daily in the Honduran countryside all those years ago. Jim stayed in touch with his Honduran counterpart longer than any of us, for over 30 years. He was continuously surprised that I had lost track of mine. Please know that Jim, yourselves and everyone that he left behind are in Magali and I’s thoughts and prayers.
