Ray was a friend of my father's. My dad spoke of him with great kinship and respect.
I did not know Ray but his family was blessed with his love.

Our condolences to Pauline & family. What a fine man Ray was. When we would see Ray it always came up how when our boys were very little Ray was in the basement taking care of our water softener when all of a sudden he felt something hit his head a couple times. Upon looking upward he saw our boys giggling as they had tossed marbles down the laundry shute at him. We still laugh about that! He was a kind & good man and always willing to serve the communities he loved.

So sad to hear about Ray’s passing. Growing up he was one of those people who was always around. He was our fuel man our water softener salt man and most of all a great man and a wonderful neighbor. I’ll always remember the time we went to Canada fishing, what a fun trip. Condolences and prayers to all the family.

The legend has passed. Could not have asked for a better coach in baseball for our boys. He will be missed. Rip mayor of Lublin.
