Rod..my heart goes out to all of you. Randy was one of the real best friends I've ever had.
He could be gruff and cantankerous but that was only a very small part of that man. He loved ALL of his family and had a giant heart when it was needed. I got to know him because he would help me by taking me shopping and to appointments and when I met and started talking to Penny, his wife, that "was the frosting on the cake".
I'll miss him forever and I'm grateful he isn't suffering any more. He was predictable and i "loved that old grump!!!
