Frank's Father & my Mothers (Mae Patchak-Joswiak) Father were Brothers. I've known Frank for over 17 yrs & can say nothing but Wonderful things about him. He was Kind & Thoughtful to my folks & family. He would have Bday parties in February for my Dad (Ed) & George Patchak. He was very selfless, dedicating his time to volunteer. I will miss my talks with Frank & his cards & letters. He kept me updated on the Wisconsin family. Rest in Peace Frank.

I was fortunate to have know Frank for 17 years and always enjoyed our visits. Frank was a funny guy and if he thought something he said it, he didn’t hold back. We enjoyed giving each other a hard time, very much in fun. I would always schedule our appointments for 2 hours even though the business part would only take 15 minutes, it would leave us an hour and 45 minutes to catch up. Meeting with him for dinner was always fun. I will miss our visits, but most of all I will miss the smile on his face when he figured out the joke or funny story that we were talking about. Rest easy my friend I will miss you.

I met Frank playing bingo at Birchwood Highlands. He was a kind person and always had a smile for everyone he talked to. We will miss him.
