I would like to extend my deepest sympathy to Mrs. Bodamer's family. She was my third grade teacher when I was in Greenwood Elementary and one of my absolute favorite teachers of all my school years! I used to love how she would read to us after our noon recess to get us calmed down and refocused. From her, I heard Charlotte's Web and Pippi Longstocking for the very first time among many other stories. She passed on her love of reading to me and I am a regular patron of the local library thanks to her! I also learned cursive writing from her and remember how she used to tell me that I had beautiful handwriting - unfortunately, a trait I wasn't able to pass on to my own children. I am so happy to tell you that she had a very positive influence on my life and I am blessed to have known her! Again, my deepest sympathy, love and prayers to your family.

Mrs. Bodamer was my 3rd grade teacher at Greenwood Elementary School back in 1986. She left quite an impression on me, and helped to instill in me a love of learning that continues to this very day. Thank you for being such a dedicated educator. My condolences to her family as the Lord comforts hearts.

My favorite aunt, who could always bring joy and laughter into any room. Her wonderful sense of humor and sense of fairness set the standard for me as I was growing up. I will miss her always.
