Full Obituary

     SANDRA L. GUZMAN, age 72, of Loyal, passed away on Thursday, February 18, 2016 at her home.  Funeral services will be held at 11am on Monday, February 22, 2016 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Loyal.  Rev. Steve Brice will officiate and burial will follow in St. Anthony Cemetery.  Visitation will be held at the church, on Monday, from 10am until time of service.
     Sandra Leone Guzman was born on November 27, 1943 in Stevens Point, WI, the daughter of Raymond F. and Melva P. (Catlin) Guzman.  When she was a small child, her family moved to Loyal, where she was raised and received her education, graduating from Loyal High School in 1962.  After completing her education, Sandra went to work at St. Joseph's Hospital, in Marshfield, where she held several positions in a career that spanned over 40 years.  She retired in 2007, continued to live in Loyal and volunteered for the lunch program at St. Anthony Catholic School until her death.
     She was a lifelong member of St. Anthony Catholic Church.
     Sandra had many interests, including her love for animals, especially dogs and cats, children, the Packers and Badgers, babysitting her neighbors dogs, and hunting and fishing in her younger years.
     She will be dearly missed by two brothers:  Thomas (Sharon) Guzman of Friendship,  Jack Guzman of Madison;  two nieces:  Jill Guzman of Friendship and Amy Guzman of Middleton;  one nephew:  Ryan Guzman of Middleton;  two great nieces:  Ashley Kubly of Brooklyn, NY and Alyssa Kubly of Friendship;  two uncles:  Clark (Jan) Catlin of Walnut Creek, CA and Frank Catlin of Marysville, MI;  other relatives and friends.
     Sandra was preceded in death by her parents.
     In lieu of flowers, Sandra's family asks that memorials be given to St. Anthony Catholic School or to the Clark County Humane Society.
