A prayer service will be held at St. Anthony Catholic Church at 11am on Saturday, October 19, 2019, followed by a Celebration of Bob's life at the Red Door Saloon in Loyal, WI.

Full Obituary

     ROBERT F. ULESICH, age 72, of Loyal, WI, passed away at Marshfield Medical Center, in Marshfield, WI, on Wednesday, October 9, 2019.  A prayer service will be held at 11am on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at St. Anthony Catholic Church, in Loyal, with Rev. Leo Johnson officiating.  Visitation will be held at the church, on Saturday, from 10am until time of service.  Following the prayer service, a Celebration of Bob's life will be held at the Red Door Saloon in Loyal.
     Robert Frank Ulesich was born on October 16, 1946 in Chicago, IL, the son of Joe and Ann (Lunka) Ulesich.  When he was a young boy, his family moved to a farm in the Town of Eaton, rural Greenwood, WI, where he was raised and received his education.  Bob graduated from Greenwood High School in 1964, and then went to work at Pathfinder Homes, in Spencer.  He moved to Milwaukee in 1966 and worked for Briggs & Stratton until 1998, when he retired and moved to Loyal.  Later Bob worked for Jon Bauer at his pallet factory until retiring in 2009.
     He had many interests, but especially enjoyed spending time with family and friends, shooting pool, throwing darts, playing cards, and his weekly drawing at the local bars.
     Bob is survived by his dear companion, Barbara Horn, of Loyal; his step daughters: Carrie Horn of Marshfield, Kristy (Rod) Steines of Arpin, and Liza (Rob) Godard of Arpin; 7 step grandchildren; one step great-grandchild; 2 sisters-in-law: Jan Ulesich of Lanark, IL, and Rita Ulesich of Menomonie, WI; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
     He was preceded in death by his parents, and 2 brothers: Ronald and James Ulesich.
