Harold Steven Koslo was born on January 9, 1939, in Owen, WI, the son of Wallace J. and Sophie C. (Dobrzynski) Koslo. As a young child, Harold's family moved to Eau Claire, WI, where he received his education. Following his graduation from Eau Claire High School, Harold served in the United States Marine Corp. from August 5, 1957 to August 4, 1960. After his honorable discharge from the Marine Corp., he was united in marriage to Judith E. Papierniak. They resided in Wauwatosa, WI, and ultimately settled in Germantown, WI., where they recently celebrated 55 years of marriage in May.
Harold had many interests, but his greatest enjoyment was hunting and fishing with the loves of his life; his sons, who he was very proud of. He also cherished spending vacations at the lake during the summers with his family.
He is survived by his wife Judith E. Koslo; 3 sons: Duane (Sharon) Koslo, David Koslo, and Daniel (Lucy) Koslo; 4 grandchildren: Jacob, Abigail, Isabella and Khloe, (who kept him engaged, entertained, and loved); 1 brother: Wallace (Carol) Koslo; and 1 brother-in-law: Donald (Beverly) Papierniak; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Harold was preceded in death by his parents.
