Full Obituary

     RICHARD A. "DICK" RUETH, age 68, of Las Vegas, NV, formerly of Loyal, WI, passed away at his home on Monday, July 17, 2017.  Funeral services will be held at 11am on Monday, August 21, 2017 at St. Anthony Catholic Church, in Loyal, with Rev. Steve Brice officiating.  Burial of cremains will follow in St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery.  Military rites will be conducted by the Loyal American Legion Post #175.  Visitation will be held at the church, on Monday, from 10am until time of service.
     Richard Allen Rueth was born on March 8, 1949 in Marshfield, WI, to Franklin and Agnes (Brzezinski) Rueth.  He was raised on the family farm and attended St. Anthony Catholic School.  Dick graduated from Loyal High School in 1968.  After high school, he worked on the family farm with his father, until being inducted in to the U.S. Army on June 10, 1969.  He served in Vietnam until his honorable discharge on June 9, 1971.  Dick returned to Loyal and continued working on the farm until becoming employed at the Neillsville Foundry.  In 1986, he moved to Primm, NV, where he worked in the casinos.  After retiring, Dick moved to Las Vegas, where he resided until his death.
     He had many interests, but especially loved his Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewers.
     Dick is survived by three brothers:  Lawrence "Larry" Rueth,  Ronald "Butch" (Sharon) Rueth, and Terrance "Terry" (Deb) Rueth, all of Loyal;  two sisters: Kathy Rueth of Spencer,  Victoria "Vicki" (Jack) Kadolph of Loyal;  many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
     He was preceded in death by his parents;  two brothers: John and Paul Rueth;   one sister:  Margie Rueth; and one sister-in-law: Joyce Rueth.
