Irma Gerard The Netherlands – Posted On: April 4, 2021

Hello Sandra, Jurg and Urs,
I am a daughter of Ike, Ike was a friend of your mother Puck in Holland.
I need your mother's address to send her your mother a message that my mother died the day before yesterday, 2-4-2021. She had Alzheimer's and had been in a nursing home for the past 5 1/2 years.
Unfortunately your mother has also passed away. My condolences.
We have warm memories of your mother. My Sister Désiree and i stayed with you on your farm for almost a month when we were 15 -13 years old. We had a wonderful time. Sandra and Jurg were staying in the Netherlands at the time.
Nice that I was able to trace your mother.
Lots of greetings, also from my Sister Désiree.

Dear Franz, Jurg, Sandra and Urs,

Herewith my condolences for the lost of your beloved wife, mother, mother-in-law and grandmother.
As you know, I was married with Ben, Puck's only brother. With my son Ben Jr. we visited the family when they lived in Switserland.
On the day he died, 21 years ago, Puck got a heart-attack, was taken to hospital where her heart stopped beating. She was operated immidiately.
She recovered well and lived her life for may years; always working tirelessly on the farm.
With my other son Ernst, I had a wonderful time when we visited you at the farm in Loyal, in occasion of the marriage of Sandra.
Puck was a wonderful wife for her family and friends; and she will be a great loss to all of you.
With remembering thoughts,

Marina Gerritsen-Westdorp

Dear Family,
Hereby I want to offer my sincere condolences for the lost of your wife and mother, grandmother and of course, my fathers sister. I will remember aunt Puck allways as a loving person. I will never forget the memories I have after visiting you all in Switzerland when I was just a kid, with my parents. I still can remember Puck made her own apple juice and sitting in the back of a big Peugeot 504 up in the hills. I guess it was in 87 when Puck visited us in Holland together with Sandra. It was a pity we have lost contact after my dad died in 95. That's how life goes.... I wish you will receive alll the strenght and courrage for the coming days... And as I said....only good memories.
Was it a sign, or was it totally coinsidence that I had to learn this tonight from internet, just 1 day before the funeral.... I don't know....I certainly hope so these words will reach you. May God bless you all! Best regards, Ben Gerritsen
