Great article, very well wrtetin so everyone can understand it, not just us health professionals.I consider posture one of 7 main components of optimal health and well-being, and believe many ailments and health conditions could be relieved if an awareness of posture is there.I have a few clients who I know will benefit from this article and look forward to sharing it with them. Thanks again,Lindsay Rose

Nancy, I have great empathy for you, losing a parent can be extremely difficult. Your mom is a women of faith. So rest assured she is in the arms of Jesus and happy without pain. Every time you think of her. She will be their for you. Remember the good times you had with her and someday you will meet up again. To GOD alone be the GLORY. Love You Butter
