I'm so sorry to hear of Della's passing. She and Emil were good friends of my parents, Willy and Bernice, and I always enjoyed going to Lakeside with them and visiting. She was such a wonderful asset to the community and helped out wherever she could. She will be missed by many, but am comforted to know that is now with Emil and all her old friends from the Willard area that have passed before her.

My deepest sympathies go out to all of Della's family. Many a time I drove my little fishing boat across the lake to get an ice cream sandwich or drumstick from Lakeside. Della was a little more of a stickler than Emil as far as letting us kids hang around too long, but I sure did love coming over to visit. It brings me peace to know they are together again. God Bless.
