Condolences to the Family of Ann H. Briski

Bill and Peggy Harycki Thorp, WI – Posted On: November 26, 2020

Ann was a beautiful and kind lady. Always had time to chat. We did so frequently after church services .
She is a cousin and loved to catch up on family. To Jessie, Sarah and all of Ann’s family we send our condolences.

My deepest sympathy to all of Ann's family. Jimmy was my classmate for 12 years so Ann and her beautiful smile were a part of my life for many years. Even in my adult years she blessed me with her smile and gentle words of wisdom. May her family take comfort in all the wonderful memories they must have.

I was so sorry to hear of Ann's passing. As a young child it was always 'Mrs. Briski', as I got older, she wanted me to call her Ann. I could not. She will always be respected, and therefore, Mrs. Briski. I loved my visits with her in her 'city' home. I appreciated the kindnesses she and Mr. Briski afforded my dad, Paul after my mom died. Our parents were neighbors on the farms, and unbelievably also in the city of Thorp. We spoke over the phone when she moved again, but that was difficult for her to hear me. I wish to extend my deepest sympathy to you as Ann provided guidance, love and support. JUW

Ann lived just down the road from our farm where I grew up, so we frequently stopped to visit with her and Frank. I remember what a great baker Ann was, especially her potica. I still have the recipe although it can’t compete. What I remember most vividly is their warmth, compassion and friendship as caring neighbors. They are in my thoughts and will remain forever in my heart. Rest In Peace Ann🙏❤️
