I really liked my aunt and was able to visit her with my mother,her sister, and take her to Black River Falls Casino a couple of times. I also remember the herd of cats she had at her Bachelors road home. I loved going to see her in Thorp where I had visited her when I was younger, even staying a week when I was in the Navy, helping uncle Ed do the haying and learning to drive a tractor. It is weird that two years ago on Easter my mother passed away. Now they are together again for all eternity.
