Condolences to the Family of Marcella M. Jasmer

Denise Henderson Coleman Kingwood, Texas – Posted On: November 4, 2022

Dear Aunt Marcey,
I wish I had been able to visit you on any of the last visits to the Lublin farm. Both Gwen and I visited Bella and Vincent in the 70s. I was working for the USPS and Gwen was married and had little Erika. By the 80s they were living in Arizona and in July 1985 I moved to Houston. Unfortunately, like with Bella and Vince, no one notified me that you had passed. I've been doing genealogy and came across your obituary. You were never forgotten. The best memories that I have of you started with your love of the movie stars, helping Gwen and me with our cutout dolls and clothes, and watching us when Bella and Vince had to go to town to purchase groceries or visit the doctor. My special memory is going to the field with you and Uncle Bud during haying season. I picked rocks out of the fields with you, helped get the hay from the baler to the wagon, built shocks with the oats and watched how they went through the thresher, and then took them to the other farm for storage. The farm life was not easy but everyone pulled together to make it work. I love you and miss you. Your niece, Denise

I met Marcie, thru my husband Jeff, whom knew Dale, met them very early in our marriage, around 39 years ago. She loved the animals, as do I ,I loved listening to her stories too. She will be miss! Bless you Marcy!

Sorry for the loss of Marci, I enjoyed my years helping her and Dale in their home on the farm. I loved to share books with her and discuss them. My thoughts and prayers are with her and your family.
