There are no words which will ever convey the deep sadness of this situation, but I will say this, the life lived was full. When someone touches another in a way Eric did, and from reading of his children, life was full for all. It brings me such an ache to know life can turn into this. My hope is that their love will be realized within each person aching now. I have no idea how a mother navigates this territory and I hope to never find out, but I am here, shining all the love and light I have onto you now. I have such fun and character filled memories of teenager Eric. I can now only wish I had more recent ones also. Please know that you all are being held in a light so pure that even when there seems to be nothing but darkness, there is a little spark within each of you, and that spark will always be enough to carry you until you feel able to expand once again. I am so very sorry this is the current reality of life. May you feel less burden and grief one day soon. From the depths of my heart, I send you support in whatever form you need it now. May you always feel that guiding light of Eric and the gentle play of the children with you. May you never lose the love and light they’ve instilled within your own soul, nestled right in your heart. May you feel them at exactly the time you need them the most, and always. xo

I'm so sorry for your loss! Eric was an awesome person. He always had a smile or kind word for me. He will be so missed by many! I'm sure he's in heaven taking care of his babies. I never met you Cari but my heart goes out to you. I'm sending so many prayers and healing vibes to you!

I’m so sorry for your loss. I hope you find comfort in Jesus words at John 5:28,29. There Jesus promised a resurrection of our loved ones, saying that the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out. These resurrected ones will inherit the earth, as Jesus spoke about in Matthew chapter 5. Then, under the rule of God’s Kingdom, they will enjoy life the way God originally intended, in perfect health with no sorrow, pain or death. (Psalms 37:29. Isaiah 33:24. Revelation 21:4). What a wonderful time that will be! If you would like to learn more about this hope, please visit jw.org. Please accept my condolences.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and the greatest consolation at this time is that he and his children will be in God's hands.
